From the last nineties students are getting results via the website. But it is getting popular after 2010. So in the early twenties students get their result from their institutions, the senior teachers and the principle of the institution goes to the district education office or the divisional education board and collect their institution's result. Students wait on the campus for the result. Then teachers publish it on the noticeboard. All students make the crowd to see their results. Sometimes parents come to see the result on behalf of the student.
But now the day is changed. Nowadays there are many ways to know results. These ways are easy, and students or their parents can see their results from home. So those ways are less time consuming, student-friendly, and the most important thing, its digital. It is very important to access and use a digital way in all sectors in this globalization period.
But there are some disadvantages too, on the results day the most common suffering is the server problem. Our education board server shuts two or three times or more on the result day. It grows panic and tension. Another problem is less internet connectivity all over the country. Because of less internet connectivity, downtown students suffer most. The photocopy shops do their seasonal business on the result day. Most of the downtown students get their result from the photocopy shops.
